Welcome to FIFTH. We are Los Angeles’ newest and most unique photo and film production studio, located in the heart of Downtown LA’s artist district.  Our studio is available for daily and weekly rentals for photo and film shoots, events, or meetings.

We are located in a vintage 1927 brick warehouse with high ceilings and exposed old growth wood beam ceilings.  Sky lights and large southern exposure windows infuse the space with bountiful light all day.

Our concrete floors feature a healthy patina that further highlights the historical industrial nature of downtown Los Angeles.

Vintage and industrial furnishings further complete the space.

A 10×15 ft. roll up truck height loading door provides ample natural light and allows for easy unloading of gear from a cube truck or standard vehicle.

In addition to the 1,500 sq. ft. of interior shooting space, we offer a further 1,000 sq. ft. of outdoor shooting and picnic space, featuring open shade and direct sunlight.
